2
Data Collection
We collect the strict minimum necessary:

3
Privacy by Design and Tracking
Lost'Him follows a strict 'Privacy by Design' principle:
- No persistent tracking: We do not track your movements in real-time.
- No background location: Your position is only accessible when you manually trigger a signal.
- Anonymity on the map: No personal identification is displayed publicly.
4
Legal Compliance (Found Animals)
In accordance with animal welfare laws, Lost'Him is a reporting tool, not a legal shelter. Users who find an animal are legally required to report it to local authorities (City Hall, Police, or official databases). Lost'Him does not facilitate the private sale of animals.
