6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Lost'Him at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the application.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost'Him will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to your use of the application.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lost'Him, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the application, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law
