Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lost'Him, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
Use of the Application
Lost'Him is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree to use the application in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any activity performed under your account.
User Account
In order not to lose or follow your activities on Lost'Him on several devices, you must create an account by providing your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Content and Behavior
You agree not to post or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. You also agree not to use the application to impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Intellectual Property
All content available on Lost'Him, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Lost'Him or its content providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the application without our express written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Lost'Him at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, with immediate effect. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost'Him shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, resulting from or related to your use of the application.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lost'Him, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the application, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised terms on the application and update the date at the top of the document.
Governing Law
These terms of use and your use of Lost'Him are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the application shall be resolved by the French courts.
