- Report lost, found, or sighted animals: Create a report to inform others about a lost, found, or sighted animal in your area.
- Interactive map: View a map showing all reported lost, found, or sighted animals, as well as nearby shelters, rescues, and veterinarians.
- Pet Match: An advanced matching system that compares reports using specific criteria to quickly reunite pets with their owners.
- Community support: Join Lost'Him to build an engaged community helping reunite lost pets with their families.
3. What is the premium version for reporting lost, sighted, or found animals?
For a one-time fee (see pricing in the app), this version offers advanced features such as:
- Personalized alerts.
- Unlimited access to Pet Match.
- Free notifications to the community within a specific geographic area.
- Ad-free access to your pet’s tracking details.
You will also receive notifications for every animal report matching more than 70% with your lost pet.
4. How can I upgrade to the premium version?
To upgrade to the premium version, go to your pet’s profile in the app and select the button to launch a “Pet Match” or send a notification. The cost is a one-time fee to unlock all premium features (see pricing in the app).
5. How does Pet Match work?
Pet Match uses an algorithm to compare reports based on criteria such as breed, color, size, and location. If a match is found, you will receive a list of the closest matching animals, allowing you to contact the reporters and track your pet's journey.
6. What should I do if I find a lost pet?
If you find a lost pet, we recommend you:
- Keep the pet safe.
- Create a report on Lost'Him.
- Take the pet to a veterinarian to check for identification.
Include details such as the animal’s appearance, the location and date it was found, and add photos or videos if possible. You can also check the map to see if the pet matches an existing report.
7. Is Lost'Him available in multiple languages?
Currently, Lost'Him is available in English and French. More languages will be added soon.
8. Can I use Lost'Him outside my region?
Yes, Lost'Him can be used anywhere with internet access. You can report lost, found, or sighted animals regardless of your location.
9. What should I do if I find my pet using Lost'Him?
If you find your pet using Lost'Him, we encourage you to update or delete your report to prevent future confusion and help keep the map up-to-date for other users.

We encourage you to share your report widely and stay active on the app to maximize your chances of being reunited with your companion.
12. How long does it take to create a report?
It takes only 2 minutes to create a report.
We have simplified the process so you can quickly alert the community and begin searching for your pet as soon as possible.
13. Do I need to pay multiple times?
No, access to the premium version of Lost'Him is based on a one-time payment. Once you have made this payment, all premium features in the app are unlocked and available for unlimited use with no recurring fees. There are no subscription charges.
14. How does offering a reward work?
If you would like to offer a reward for finding your pet, you can indicate this when creating your report.
This information will appear clearly in your report, attracting more attention and encouraging users to actively participate in the search.
Once your pet has been found, you can arrange the reward payment directly with the person who located your pet, according to your preferred method.
